"I started working with Tony over a year ago. I had just completed my first Dirty Kanza 200 and knew that I had to do something different to improve. While training for Land Run 100 and DK200, I had noticed that I wasn't getting stronger and believed that I needed to ride more or make my rides longer to improve. The problem was that I had a very busy schedule and just couldn't give more time to cycling. I spoke to Tony and we discussed my goals and time I had available to train. Tony put together a training plan to fit my schedule and to help reach my goals. Since working with Tony I have noticed significant improvements. I finished the 2016 Land Run 100 10th in my age group. I finished my second Dirty Kanza 200 over an hour and twenty minutes faster than the year before. This year I finished the Land Run 100 9th in my age group in very difficult conditions. The best part is I don't have to spend valuable time trying to figure out what to do the next day. I simply look at my workout and go ride!"
