"I started a training program with Tony last summer. Before taking the plunge into getting some help with training, my concerns revolved around a busy work schedule and life in general. I questioned whether or not having a coach would be helpful if I wasn't fully able to work the plan that was given to me. I found that there was a ton of flexibility due to them being "my" goals and not anyone else's. I quickly realized that I did not have to spend time trying to figure out what would work for me. I had someone to tell me what to do and if for some reason it didn't work out, Tony was quick to adapt and to change things so that I still got results. I have had tremendous progress on the bike since I started last June and my motivation level is much higher without the exhaustion of trying to figure out what I need to do. I really appreciate the motivation given to me to make other changes such as diet and cross training. Understanding that other activities are also very helpful in maintain fitness was a huge help to me. Thanks, Tony for your advice and flexibility.
